Make a website.
I encourage you to make a website of ALL the things you do. This is my first time doing it and I'm having a blast. It’s time-consuming, but all good things are. Check out the rest of my website/portfolio filled with all the fun and creative things I do! I hope you get inspired to make your own.
Why did I create a website?
So, I love meeting people. Getting to know their interests and figuring out how we can be best friends (in 0.3 seconds). I don’t know, it’s just how I’m wired. Speaking of how I’m wired, I have been diving deep into some books that help me focus on what I’m great at. Not like a regular personality test, but a good gauge for my strengths.
StrengthsFinder 2.0 OG career assessment
Find the Work You're Wired to Do super quick
Search those books up and see if any of them interest you. I’ll break down my top strengths in other blogs just so there’s not too much info here.
All in all, I made this website because when I meet people, we connect on a multitude of interests. Art, music, design, faith, etc. And I never really had a set place for all those things about me. I would either give my number or send em to my IG. So lame to be honest.
That’s why I created this website thephiliplee.com. And I hope it doesn’t sound too prudish haha. But it’s great because I get to show the whole picture, not just little snippets.

GAMECHANGER!
It’s like when I meet someone and they say something like “I work for the government and I can’t tell you what I do” … Is it just for security purposes or is your job just kinda boring? BE HONEST. Nah, but you want to put your best foot forward right? If you want to present yourself clearly, you gotta be genuine.
I’m not saying disclose your deepest darkest secrets immediately, but you want to expand a bit on who you are- IF you want meaningful connection.
I’m tired of the small talk. No fast food, let’s cook a meal together.
Making a website takes a lot of work. You gotta make it fun. Visualize what it’d be like if someone landed on your website and explored it.
If you have many interests, hobbies, and thoughts that make you… I encourage you to create a website!
It doesn’t need to be perfect, just be yourself.
Are you finally going to make a website that shows off all your portfolios or a consistent blog? Let me know! Let’s keep each other accountable.
